Headphones, watches, makeup, and a bottle are the kind of thing that fits in a parcel. Ask before you assume we have the exact piece in a photo.

What the parcel contains

Only what the accepted email listed. We wrap anything that can leak or break. The note that goes out with the box repeats that list.

If you want a change

Write before we post. After the parcel has gone, a change means a second email: what to do with the first box, and whether you still want the new item.

If the box is wrong

Tell us the same day. Describe what you opened. We will say if we replace the item or if we want it posted back to Mildenhall.
